The Digital Accessibility Manager will lead a team of consultants responsible for the success of assigned accounts within an industry vertical by managing a team of technical analysts and consultants, ensuring customer success through the implementation and delivery of Level Access's services and software. In addition, the Digital Accessibility Manager will act as the senior technical consultant to assigned accounts by actively participating in consulting and testing activities. The Digital Accessibility Manager will serve as the primary customer advocate and strategist for assigned accounts, setting the customer pathway and managing their team through project completion. The Digital Accessibility Manager ensures their direct reports understand and adhere to Level Access's consulting methodologies and deliver high-quality projects within the project timeline.
